Este estudo científico é sobre a Gestão emocional na relação com o outro e tem como
base o modelo de Inteligência Emocional feito pela empresa Neves de Almeida, que para
elaborar o mesmo teve como base o modelo de Daniel Goleman (1998).
A capacidade de influenciar os outros pode traduzir-se numa mais valia para as
organizações. As pessoas emocionalmente inteligentes sentem-se mais seguras, têm mais
capacidade para controlar e influenciar eventos de vida e com isso conseguir melhores
resultados para as organizações em que estão inseridas. Para muitas organizações hoje em dia
trabalhar a inteligência emocional é uma forma de manter os colaboradores mais motivados e
obter melhores resultados a nível organizacional. Diversos estudos têm sido elaborados com o
propósito de averiguar que tipo de motivação poderá levar um indivíduo a ser influenciado
por outro.
Este estudo tem como objetivo geral medir a associação/correlação entre a gestão
emocional e as variáveis independentes (idade, género e escolaridade). Os resultados serão
analisados em função das variáveis independentes (género, idade e escolaridade dos
participantes) e das variável dependente gestão emocional e das subcategorias GE1 (média
dos items/autoreports) e GE2 (média dos dilemas). O estudo contou com 225 participantes,
sendo que a maior predominância é do sexo feminino.

Emotionally intelligent people feel safer, have more ability to control and influence life events and thus achieve better results for the organizations they are inserted on. For many organizations today work on emotional intelligence is a way to keep the most motivated and best results at the organizational level. Several studies have been developed in order to assess what kind of motivation can lead an individual to be influenced by other. This study has the general objective measure the association / correlation between emotional management and the independent variables (age , gender and education) . The results will be analyzed in terms of the independent variables ( gender , age and education of participants) and the dependent variable emotional management and SG1 subcategories ( average items / autoreports ) and SG2 ( average dilemmas ) . The study included 225 participants, the largest of which is predominantly female.
