| dc.description.abstract | Neste trabalho apresento a descrição e a reflexão da experiência de estágio em contexto de lar de idosos, visando a implementação de um projeto de investigação-ação baseado na história de vida e na reminiscência. Após uma contextualização do projeto e apresentação do contexto onde se desenvolveu o estágio apresento os resultados da análise de relatos que decorreram de um conjunto de sessões de histórias de vida e reminiscência envolvendo um total de dezoito idosos. As sessões foram realizadas em grupo, permitindo a partilha de histórias de vida entre os utentes, a reflexão e o surgimento de novas aprendizagens. As sessões versaram sobre a “infância e a vida familiar”, “o percurso escolar”, a “carreira profissional” e o “nascimento do primeiro filho”, sendo o meu objetivo principal analisar a importância deste tipo de atividades no trabalho com os idosos. Os resultados obtidos revelam que os utentes ao relatar a sua própria história de vida, estão a recordar experiências do passado. Possibilitou ainda o desencadear de sentimentos e emoções e ajudou os utentes a reconhecer a sua identidade e o seu valor. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In this work I present the description and reflection of the internship experience in a nursing home context, aiming the implementation of an action research project based on life history and reminiscence. After a contextualisation of the project and presentation of the context in which the stage was developed, I present the results of the analysis of reports that take place from a set of sessions of life stories and reminiscence involving a total of eighteen elderly. The sessions were held in a group, allowing the sharing of life histories among the users, reflection and the emergence of new learning. The sessions focused on "childhood and family life", "the school journey", "professional career" and "birth of the first child", my main objective was to analyse the importance of this type of activities in the work with the elderly. The results show that when the users are reporting their own life history are remembering experiences of the past. It also enabled the unleashing of feelings and emotions and helped users to recognize their identity and value. | pt_PT |
