Abstract(s)
The purpose of this project is to analyze the Organizational climate in the national service of Learning SENA, an institution with a 60 years tradition in Colombia and that according to the surveys has proven to be one of the companies most loved by Colombians due to the programs it develops for the benefit of the population The hypothesis proposed for this research project is that the more favorable is the perception of employees in relation to certain climate factors such as leadership, participation, communication, working conditions and job satisfaction, the greater their sense of belonging and desire for permanence in the organization. The Organizational Climate was studied using a questionnaire, built on the models proposed by Litwin and Stringer (1968) and MƩndez (1980) for this purpose. This project is an investigative -comparative type as it is intended to analyze the climate in two different locations of the SENA organization and to draw conclusions about the possible differences to be found. The instrument for the measurement of the climate was delivered to a random sample of 100 workers of the entity, without discriminating its hierarchical level, type of contract, age, or seniority. This study showed favorable results regarding the SENA climate, which makes it possible to reach a conclusive result since the workers have been clear and their perceptions have coincided in many of the situations that have arisen
