| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório consiste na descrição, análise e reflexão do estágio de interven-ção comunitária, realizado no âmbito do 1º Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com Especialização em Enfermagem Comunitária. O referido estágio decorreu no período compreendido entre 14 de Fevereiro e 30 de Junho de 2011. Utilizando a metodologia do Planeamento em Saúde, foi previamente realizado o Diagnóstico de Situação, na comunidade onde exercemos a profissão de enfermagem e, de acordo com as necessidades identificadas no mesmo, elaborámos e implementámos um projecto de intervenção, direccionado para a promoção de um envelhecimento sau-dável e qualidade de vida dos idosos. As necessidades em saúde emergentes, numa sociedade cada vez mais envelhecida, fundamentam a intervenção, no sentido de melhorar a qualidade de vida dos idosos, promovendo a autonomia, capacitação e independência no seu meio ambiente. Cabe aos Enfermeiros em Cuidados de Saúde Primários, investir na especialização das suas competências, a fim de adequar os cuidados de enfermagem às necessidades dos indivíduos, famílias e comunidades. A promoção da saúde integra a educação para a saúde, como instrumento do enfer-meiro, para promover comportamentos e estilos de vida saudáveis. O Enfermeiro Especialista em Saúde Comunitária e de Saúde Pública assume um papel preponderante no reconhecimento da Enfermagem, através da especialização de competências. A utilização dos Sistemas de Informação em Enfermagem possibilita, através dos indicadores, mostrar ganhos efectivos em saúde sensíveis aos cuidados de enfermagem | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present report consists of the description, analysis and reflection of the carried through period of training of communitarian intervention, in the scope of 1º Course of Mestrado in Nursing with Specialization in Communitarian Nursing. The related period of training elapsed in the understood period enters 14 of February and 30 of June of 2011. Using the methodology of the Planning in Health, it was previously carried through the Diagnosis of Situation in the community where we exert the nursing profession and, in accordance with the necessities identified in the same we elaborated and we imple-mented one project of intervention direccioned for the promotion of a healthful aging and quality of life of the aged ones. The emergent necessities in health, on a society each aged time more, base the in-tervention, in the direction to improve the quality of life of the aged ones, promoting the autonomy, qualification and independence in its environment. It fits to the nurses in primary cares of health, to invest in the specialization of its abilities, in order to adjust the cares of nursing to the necessities of the individuals, fam-ilies and communities. The promotion of the health integrates the education for the health, as instrument of the nurse, to promote behaviors and healthful styles of life. The nurse specialist in communitarian health and of public health assumes a pre-ponderant role in the recognition of the Nursing, through the specialization of abilities. The use of the Systems of Information in Nursing makes possible through the pointers, to show sensible effective profits in health to the cares of nursing. | pt_PT |
