Neste Trabalho de Investigação CientĂfico iremos analisar o impacto que um Centro de ExcelĂȘncia Aeroterrestre traria a Portugal.
SĂŁo analisadas vĂĄrias variĂĄveis que tĂȘm impacto direto, na vantagem que Portugal possui face a outros paĂses para a elaboração de um Centro de ExcelĂȘncia Aeroterrestre. Iremos investigar, tambĂ©m o impacto que este Centro teria tanto nas Forças Armadas como tambĂ©m na utilização destas em apoio Ă s populaçÔes civis.
Tendo em vista a obtenção de resultados nesta investigação, faremos uma comparação de determinadas caracterĂsticas de Portugal face a outros paĂses, passando quer por detalhes tĂ©cnicos mais especĂficos da vertente aeroterrestres, tambĂ©m pelos detalhes ambientais.
Neste trabalho abordaremos tambĂ©m o papel do Centro de ExcelĂȘncia junto da a Proteção Civil Portuguesa, nomeadamente nas suas capacidades de apoio Ă s populaçÔes em caso de catĂĄstrofe natural.
This Scientific Research Work will examine the impact that an Airborne Centre of Excellence would bring to Portugal. Are analyzed several variables that have a direct impact on the advantage that Portugal has over other countries for the development of an Airborne Centre of Excellence. We will investigate also the impact that this center would have both in the military as well as in the use of these in support of the civilian population. In order to achieving results in this research, we will compare certain characteristics of Portugal compared to other countries, through either by more specific technical details of the airborne component, but also by environmental details. In this paper will also discuss the role of the Centre of Excellence next to the Portuguese Civil Protection, particularly in their ability to support the population in case of natural disaster.
