Abstract(s)
A experiência pessoal levou-nos a identificar uma possível necessidade de comunicação no panorama comunicacional que envolve, sobretudo, os potenciais, futuros e atuais alunos do primeiro ano do ensino superior, em particular do Instituto Politécnico de Portalegre.
Nesse sentido fazemos uma vasta exploração literária para entendermos o contexto em que esta plataforma se insere, a importância que a integração tem no sucesso e aproveitamento escolar, a comunicação institucional e a responsabilidade social, assim como o ciberespaço e as potencialidades da web.
Do ponto de vista metodológico realizámos entrevistas semi-diretivas, inquéritos e análise de possíveis concorrentes.
A exploração literária e as estratégias metodológicas dão-nos as ferramentas necessárias para a criação da resposta à necessidade que identificámos, uma plataforma online que agrega diversos conteúdos que já existem em quantidade e qualidade mas que se encontram dispersos.
Personal experience led us to identify a possible need for communication in the communicational landscape that involves, above all, potential, future and current students in the first year of higher education, in particular at the Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre. In this sense, we make a vast literary exploration to understand the context in which this platform is inserted, the importance that integration has in school success and achievement, institutional communication and social responsibility, as well as cyberspace and the potential of the web. From the methodological point of view, we carried out semi-directive interviews, surveys and analysis of possible competitors. Literary exploration and methodological strategies give us the necessary tools to create a response to the need we identified, an online platform that aggregates various contents that already exist in quantity and quality but are dispersed.
