Abstract(s)
Este projeto foca-se no desenvolvimento de um website responsivo, utilizando princípios de design de interface (UI) e experiência do utilizador (UX). A metodologia adotada incluiu uma pesquisa inicial e definição do problema, seguida pela criação de wireframes e protótipos de alta fidelidade. O objetivo principal foi desenvolver uma solução digital que atendesse às necessidades de profissionais da indústria e gestores, proporcionando uma plataforma intuitiva e eficiente para a gestão de recursos humanos e processos empresariais. Ao longo do estágio, foram realizadas várias iterações com base em feedback contínuo, tanto em reuniões semanais como diretamente no Figma, o que permitiu refinar o design e melhorar a usabilidade do website. Apesar do progresso significativo, algumas funcionalidades da versão mobile não puderam ser totalmente implementadas devido ao tempo limitado. O projeto conclui com a apresentação dos resultados alcançados, oferecendo sugestões para melhorias futuras e refletindo sobre a importância de uma abordagem colaborativa no desenvolvimento de produtos digitais.
This project focuses on the development of a responsive website, utilizing interface design (UI) and user experience (UX) principles. The adopted methodology included initial research and problem definition, followed by the creation of wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes. The primary goal was to develop a digital solution that meets the needs of industry professionals and managers, providing an intuitive and efficient platform for managing human resources and business processes. Throughout the internship, multiple iterations were made based on continuous feedback, both in weekly meetings and directly on Figma, which allowed for refining the design and enhancing the usability of the website. Despite significant progress, some functionalities in the mobile version could not be fully implemented due to limited time. The project concludes by presenting the achieved results, offering suggestions for future improvements, and reflecting on the importance of a collaborative approach in digital product development.
