| dc.description.abstract | Em Portugal, a educação em ciências regressa, por vezes, ao debate público a propósito do desempenho dos alunos nas avaliações internacionais. Os relatórios nacionais dos testes PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) e TIMSS (Trends in Mathematics and Science Study), aplicados em 2015, revelam resultados contraditórios. Neste texto, analisa-se brevemente a situação referida e apontam-se algumas possíveis explicações sobre as diferenças encontradas no desempenho dos alunos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | In Portugal, science education occasionally returns to public debate on the subject of students’ performance in international assessments. The national reports of the PISA (Program for International Student Assessment) and TIMSS (Trends in Mathematics and Science Study), applied in 2015, reveal contradictory results.
