Abstract(s)
Este projeto visa implementar um restaurante de comida saudável na zona de Massamá, e tem como objetivo aferir a viabilidade económica e financeira do negócio.
O setor da restauração é um dos mais competitivos em Portugal, contudo o segmento da restauração saudável, apresenta uma enorme margem de progressão, pois a oferta ainda é escassa, e os consumidores cada vez mais, se preocupam em adotar hábitos alimentares mais saudáveis e praticam dietas alimentares rigorosas.
A ideia para o projeto surgiu pela conjugação de dois fatores. A prática de desporto e exercício físico, que é cada vez mais uma realidade na nossa sociedade, associado ao cuidado com a alimentação. Para além disso, alia-se o facto de a oferta deste tipo de serviços ser praticamente inexistência na zona onde se pretende instalar o restaurante. Como tal, entendeu-se estar perante uma boa oportunidade de negócio.
A estratégia empresarial adotada combina a prática de preços bastante competitivos, com um produto diversificado.
O projeto envolve um montante de investimento reduzido que será financiado em grande parte por capitais próprios, sendo o restante obtido através de um empréstimo bancário de microcrédito, a uma taxa de juro reduzida.
É expectável que o período de recuperação do investimento seja de 3 anos, com um VAL de 21.984,91€ e uma TIR de 38,5%. Considera-se assim um negócio economicamente rentável.
This project aim is to implement a healthy food restaurant in the zone of Massamá, and the main objective is to assess the economic and financial viability of the business. The catering sector is one of the most competitive in Portugal, but the segment of healthy restoration, has a huge room for improvement, because the offer is still scarce, and more and more consumers are concerned about adopting healthier eating habits and practice strict diets. The idea for the project came up with the combination of two factors. The sports and physical exercise, which is increasingly a reality in our society, combined with the attention to diet. In addition, it joins that the provision of such services is almost non-existence in the area where the restaurant will be installed. As such, it was understood to be facing a good business opportunity. The business strategy adopted combines the practice of very competitive prices, with a diverse product. The project involves a small amount of investment to be financed largely by equity, with the remainder obtained through a bank loan of microcredit, at a reduced interest rate. It is expected that the investment recovery period is 3 years, with an NPV of € 21,984.91 and a 38.5% IRR. So it is considered an economically profitable business.
