Esta pesquisa apresenta um estudo sobre as práticas de gestão de recursos humanos, o compromisso organizacional e o desempenho laboral dos trabalhadores das empresas Colina Resort, Clau-Angel e Rádio Catumbela .A principal finalidade do estudo foi de analisar se as práticas de gestão de recursos humanos têm um efeito nos níveis de compromisso organizacional e de desempenho dos trabalhadores da empresa Colina Resort, Clau-Angel e Rádio Catumbela. A investigação problematiza o compromisso organizacional e de desempenho dos trabalhadores a partir da seguinte interrogação: Qual é o estado atual de compromisso organizacional afetivo e da perceção de desempenho dos trabalhadores da empresa Colina Resort , Clau-Angel e Rádio Catumbela em Benguela? As organizações precisam saber o quanto é importante a implementação de corretas práticas de gestão de recursos humanos, assim como reconhecer as capacidades e as potencialidades de evolução dos seus trabalhadores, pois nem todos reúnem as mesmas condições. Metodologicamente trata-se de uma pesquisa do tipo exploratório-descritivo, com uma abordagem fundamentalmente quantitativa centrada na interpretação de dados obtidos através da aplicação de inquérito por questionário. Em termos de resultados são de referir a obtenção de um quadro teórico-conceptual sobre o efeito das práticas de gestão de recursos humanos no compromisso organizacional e no desempenho dos trabalhadores.
The study's main objective was to analyze whether human resource management practices affect the levels of organizational commitment and performance of workers at Colina Resort, Clau-Angel and Rádio Catumbela. The research problematizes workers' organizational commitment and performance based on the following question: What is the current state of affective organizational commitment and perceived performance of workers at Colina Resort, Clau Angel and Radio Catumbela in Benguela? Organizations need to know how important it is to implement correct human resource management practices and recognize the capacities and potential for the development of their workers since not everyone has the same conditions. Methodologically, this is exploratory-descriptive research, with a fundamentally quantitative approach centered on the interpretation of data obtained through the application of a questionnaire survey. In terms of results, it is worth mentioning that a theoretical-conceptual framework was obtained on the effect of human resource management practices on organizational commitment and employee performance.
