Abstract(s)

The corresponding areas include the command of the companies of students, the disciplinary group of physical education and sports, the group of military training and the direction of education. The interviews revealed that the environment, created with rigidity, discipline and constant pressure, is one of the factors that contribute for the development of decision making capacity under stress. It was also possible to check that the disciplinary group of physical education and sports and the group of military training, are the main contributors for the acquisition of this capacity. With this work it was possible to conclude that the training occurs through the individual capacities improvement, the use of stress inoculation techniques, and through the information training.
