Pelo facto do processo de internacionalização ser complexo e exigente, as empresas
devem adoptar procedimentos no sentido de minimizar qualquer risco que ponha
em causa a continuidade das suas operações. Deste modo, quando uma empresa
inicia o seu processo de internacionalização deve decidir qual o mercado a abordar e
qual o modo mais apropriado para posicionar as suas actividades no destino.
O objectivo deste trabalho é analisar a aplicação da temática da internacionalização
através de um caso de estudo, a Lizmontagens, e compreender as estratégias
utilizadas no processo de internacionalização do Grupo.
Internationalization is a complex and demanding process where corporations should adopt measures in order to minimize the risk that somehow can put in danger the continuity of its operations. Thus, when a corporation decides to internationalize, it must decide what market to approach and the most appropriate way to display their activities at site. The purpose of this work is to analyze the internationalization of Lizmontagens following a case study approach in order to understand the strategies and the internationalization process used by the Group.
