Abstract(s)
as várias atividades formativas.
The importance of evaluating the use of financial resources in any organization, allows to objectively understand the existing gains, in view of the costs assumed with the various training activities. One of the most important steps in assessing the optimization of financial resources is to identify the strategies used by the organization and question the efficiency and effectiveness of each one. The present investigation has as object of study the financial resources used in the training, in order to evaluate its cost-benefit, in order to formulate contributions to improve the training in the instruction system in the Portuguese Army. In this way, methodologically this investigation followed an inductive reasoning based on a mixed investigation strategy corroborated by a case study as a research design. Thus, the main identifying measures that contribute to lower financial costs and simultaneously improve training are related to the development of course referencials. Increasing the efficiency of the costs invested in training implies that the training process is effective, requiring a model and an application for automatic control of training costs, which allows the study and implementation of cost reduction measures in the training process.
