Abstract(s)
A ACS, empresa angolana de telecomunicações, tem vindo a identificar problemas com a Avaliação de Desempenho dos colaboradores, nos últimos dois anos. Segundo o feedback recolhido, devem-se pelo facto de haver subjetividade, falta de definição dos objetivos e falta de participação ativa dos avaliados, o que tem desmotivado os trabalhadores e reduzidos os seus níveis de engagement.
É objetivo deste projeto analisar o impacto da Avaliação de Desempenho na motivação e no engagement dos colaboradores, propondo um plano concreto de intervenção para estas áreas.
O presente Projeto aplicado, do qual também faz parte uma investigação com recurso a questionário, pretende contribuir para a literatura sobre os constructos em análise, com foco específico na área da consultoria em gestão de desempenho. Em termos teóricos, pretende-se contribuir para a literatura sobre os conceitos de Avaliação de Desempenho, motivação e o engagement, no contexto organizacional angolano. O objetivo na prática, consiste em melhorar o processo de Avaliação de Desempenho, aumentar a motivação e engagement na ACS.
