O presente Relatório de Estágio enquadra-se no 2º Ano de Mestrado de Gestão de Recursos Humanos realizado na Universidade Europeia. O estágio curricular foi desenvolvido na empresa B2B - Serviços Partilhados, Lda., com Sede em Lisboa, concentra competências de Serviços Partilhados permitindo aos clientes melhoria da qualidade e eficiência em atividades que não constituem o seu core business, em áreas especializadas como a gestão administrativa, recursos humanos, contabilidade e sistemas de informação. A empresa pertence a Trivalor SGPS, S.A, uma holding de capital 100% nacional que atua no segmento de Business & Facility & Facility Services. Este estágio teve uma duração de um mês e 19 dias e foi desenvolvido na vertente da Gestão Administrativa de Recursos Humanos, onde o objetivo principal foi o de acompanhar e conhecer, em profundidade, o processo administrativo e contribuir na identificação das oportunidades de melhoria em relação a gestão documental dos processos. Esta experiência profissional permitiu-me consolidar determinadas competências relativamente às etapas dos procedimentos administrativos, em relação aos regimes de contratação e demissão de pessoal; processamento de salários, períodos experimentais; organização do tempo de trabalho; regime das faltas; trabalho suplementar e noturno, regime das férias, instrumento de regularização coletiva e código do trabalho; contencioso laboral; processos disciplinares, contraordenações laborais e tribunal do trabalho; penhoras; ficheiros segurança social e mapas acidentes de trabalho; transferências de concessão; transferências de locais de trabalho, subsídios; relatório único e o balanço social, utilizando ferramentas digitais nas práticas administrativas. Além disso, o relatório incorpora a revisão de literatura relativamente à Gestão de Recursos Humanos e, em específico, à prática da Gestão Administrativa e aborda também os desafios da integração da tecnologia na Gestão dos Recursos Humanos. Também inclui a apresentação e caraterização do estágio e da própria empresa, descrição das tarefas realizadas, balanço crítico que considera uma perspetiva pessoal e organizacional e o desenvolvimento de uma proposta de melhoria.
This Internship Report is part of the 2nd year of the Master's in Human Resources Management held at the European University. The curricular internship was developed at the company B2B - Serviços Partilhados, Lda., Headquartered in Lisbon, concentrates Shared Services skills allowing customers to improve quality and efficiency in activities that do not constitute their core business, in specialized areas such as administrative management, human resources, accounting and information systems. The company belongs to Trivalor SGPS, S.A, a holding company with 100% national capital that operates in the Business & Facility & Facility Services segment. This internship lasted one month and 19 days and was developed in the field of Administrative Management of Human Resources, where the main objective is to monitor and know, in depth, the administrative process and contribute to the identification of opportunities for improvement in relation to document management processes. This professional experience allowed me to consolidate certain skills regarding the stages of administrative procedures, in relation to staff hiring and dismissal systems; payroll processing, trial periods; organization of working time; system of absences; overtime and night work, holiday regime, collective regularization instrument and labor code; labor litigation; disciplinary proceedings, labor offenses and the labor court; pledges; social security files and work accident maps; concession transfers; workplace transfers, allowances; single report and the social report, using digital tools in administrative practices. In addition, the report incorporates a literature review regarding Human Resource Management and, in particular, the practice of Administrative Management and also addresses the challenges of integrating technology in Human Resource Management. It also includes the presentation and characterization of the internship and the company itself, description of the tasks carried out, critical assessment that considers a personal and organizational perspective and development of an improvement proposal.
