| dc.description.abstract | RESUMO O estágio realizado na ACTUAR – Associação para a Cooperação e Desenvolvimento, a que o presente relatório reporta, centrou-se no fortalecimento da Rede das Margaridas (RM) da Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa (CPLP), visando consolidá-la enquanto espaço político de promoção dos direitos das Mulheres Rurais (MuR) a nível regional. Considerou-se a conceptualização das MuR como agentes transformadoras para o desenvolvimento socioeconómico e a promoção dos seus direitos enquanto medida prioritária para a erradicação da pobreza e estratégia primordial para a realização do Direito Humano à Alimentação (DHA). Assim, foi elaborado o estado da arte sobre a centralidade das MuR na promoção da Soberania e Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional na CPLP. Baseado no método indutivo, o relatório divide-se em três capítulos tendo como objetivos: clarificar o quadro conceptual do DHA e contextualizar a busca pela realização deste direito na CPLP, abordando a centralidade das MuR para a sua efetivação; abordar a evolução histórica da luta pelos direitos das MuR e a conjuntura que gerou a RM, incluindo uma análise dos direitos das MuR a nível regional e internacional; e, apresentar as atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito do estágio, analisando os resultados e lições aprendidas no exercício da facilitação regional da RM. | dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The internship developed at ACTUAR - Association for Cooperation and Development, was focused on strengthening the Margaridas' Network of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries, aiming to consolidate it as a political space to promote Rural Women Rights(RwR) at regional level. In this report, rural women is considered as transforming agents for socioeconomic development and the promotion of rural women rights was defined as priority measure for eradicating poverty and as primordial strategy to the full realization of the Right to Food(RtF). Thus, the state-of-the-art was elaborated on the rural women centrality to promoting Sovereignty and Food and Nutrition Security in the CPLP. Based on the inductive method, the report is divided into three chapters, in order to clarify the RtF' conceptual framework and to contextualize the searching to the full realization of this right in the CPLP, addressing the centrality of rural women to its effectiveness; Raising the historical evolution of the struggle for RwR and the conjuncture wich originated the Margaridas' Network, including an analysis of rural women rights at regional and international level; and to present the activities developed during the internship and its results including lessons learned in the exercise of Margarida's Network regional facilitation.
