A Implementação de um Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade deve ser encarada como uma
ferramenta que apoia o Planeamento Estratégico, discutido hoje em dia, por todos os
gestores que tenham em suas mãos organizações cujo objetivo seja a capacidade de criar
valor e trabalho para a sociedade em geral.
A firme convicção de que o Planeamento Estratégico deve ser formulado por todas as
empresas é expresso em todos os manuais de gestão e defendido por todos os gestores
que pretendam que as suas organizações sejam organizações criadoras de valor.
Este valor pode e poderá ser efetivamente acrescentado se, juntamente com a
formulação de estratégias feita no planeamento estratégico, estas se possam apoiar num
um sistema de gestão da qualidade, já que os objetivos estratégicos integram claramente
os objetivos da qualidade.
Implementation of a Quality Management System should be seen as a tool that supports the Strategic Planning, discussed today, for all managers who have in their hands organizations whose goal is the ability to create value for society and work in general. The firm conviction that the Strategic Planning must be made by all companies is expressed in all management manuals and defended by all managers who wish that their organizations are organizations that create value. This value can be effectively and may be added, along with the formulation of strategies made in the strategic planning. They are able to support a system of quality management, as part of the strategic objectives clearly seen as the objectives of quality.
