Abstract(s)
O tema do trabalho que desenvolvemos é “A Estratégia de Segurança Interna da União Europeia (ESIUE): o contributo da GNR”. Iniciamos este trabalho com um levantamento do estado da arte nas questões abordadas, efetuando uma revisão da literatura por forma a ficarmos habilitados com ferramentas que nos permitissem fundamentar todas as exposições ao longo do trabalho. Numa segunda fase, realizámos entrevistas tendo por base os critérios de experiência, conhecimento, função e responsabilidade dos entrevistados. Como principais conclusões deste trabalho, retiramos que a ESIUE é a tentativa de materialização de um espaço de liberdade, segurança e justiça sendo que é intenção da UE, tornar cada vez mais seguro o espaço que faz parte da União, fazendo uma interligação cada vez maior entre segurança interna e externa. A GNR poderá contribuir para esta Estratégia com as suas variadíssimas valências, afirmando-se assim a nível nacional e Europeu, como um parceiro a ter em conta. Abstract: The theme of the work is "the Internal security strategy of the European Union: the contribution of GNR". We began this work with a survey of the State of the art in the issues addressed, effecting a literature review in order to be enabled with tools that allowed us to substantiate all exposures throughout the work, in a second phase, we held interviews based on the criteria of experience, knowledge, function and responsibility of respondents. As main conclusions of this study, we withdraw that ESIUE is the attempt of materialization of an area of freedom, security and justice being that it is the intention of the EU, becoming increasingly safe space which is part of the Union, making an ever greater interconnection between internal and external security. The GNR could contribute to this strategy with their very varied valences, stating the national and European level, as a partner to take into account.
