| dc.description.abstract | O trabalho que se realiza pretende identificar um problema real no funcionamento dos sistemas de investigação e de inteligência policial no quadro de desempenho atual da Polícia de Segurança Pública. Este problema está associado a práticas ancestrais de contacto com o crime e sobretudo com os seus interlocutores, privilegiados na comunicação, abordagem e participação nessa mesma realidade, ou seja, os vulgares informadores. Assumir esta realidade como indissociável da prática e cultura técnica dos profissionais, criando uma rede de trabalho esclarecida, escrutável e segura para todos quantos se movimentem na arena do acesso ao conhecimento determinou o empenho e o estudo. Desenvolver uma metodologia para a gestão de fontes humanas assumindo esta realidade definitivamente na cultura policial transformou-se na prova de resistência que se espera vencida com o produto deste trabalho final do curso de direção e estratégica policial. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This assignment seeks to identify a real problem in the operation of police investigation and intelligence systems under the current role of the Public Security Police (Polícia de Segurança Pública). This problem is rooted in ancient practices of contact with crime and above all with the interlocutors, privileging the communication, approach and engagement with this reality, that is, the so-called informants. At the basis of this study, and determining it, was to view this reality as inextricably linked to the professionals’ practice and culture, creating an enlightened, verifiable and safe network for all those operating in the field of accessing knowledge. To develop a core methodology for running human sources, bringing this reality definitively to the police culture became an ordeal that we hope will be overcome with this final assignment for the course on Police Leadership and Strategy. | pt_PT |
