Baixas médicas: as baixas “fraudulentas” e a sua prevenção

| dc.description.abstract | A qualidade de vida é algo que tem crescido exponencialmente na sociedade. Como resultado desse aumento, o comodismo começa também a surgir… Infelizmente na nossa sociedade, há muitos cidadãos que abusam desse comodismo, optando assim, ter vidas sedentárias e, até em casos mais graves, vidas onde impera o absentismo. Como resultado desse factor, a instituição PSP tem vindo a sofrer uma desagregação afectiva entre os elementos das Esquadras. O facto de alguns elementos policiais não quererem laborar, optando pelo caminho do absentismo, tem vindo a prejudicar a relação com o Comandante de Esquadra, com os seus camaradas, com a instituição PSP e com o cidadão que conta com a Polícia para manter a sua segurança. Este comportamento pode-se repercutir no uso de baixas médicas, usadas com motivos enganadores e que servem apenas como uma desculpa justificada para o facto de o elemento policial não ter que laborar, por esta razão é que são denominadas como baixas “fraudulentas”. Este trabalho tem o intuito de descobrir a razão do uso dessas baixas “fraudulentas” e encontrar uma forma de as evitar. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The quality of life is something that has grown exponentially in society. As a result of this increase, the self-indulgence also starts to appear… Unfortunately in our society, there are many citizens that abuse of that self-indulgence, thus opting, to have sedentary lives and, even in more serious cases, lives where the absenteeism reigns. As a result of this factor, the PSP Institution has come to suffer an affective disaggregation between the elements of the police stations. The fact of some police elements not wanting to work, opting the way of absenteeism, has come to harm the relation with the Commander of the police station, with is comrades, with the PSP Institution and with the citizen who counts on the Policy to keep its security. This behavior can be reverberated in the use of doctor’s excuse notes, used with deceptive reasons and only as a justified excuse for the fact of the police element not have to work, it’s for this reason that they are called “fraudulent” excuse notes. This works has the purpose of finding the reason of the use of those excuse notes and finding a way to avoid them. | pt_PT |
