O presente trabalho individual final teve como objetivo fundamental a Reflexão sobre a inquietação de alguns elementos da Polícia de Segurança Pública, com questões relacionadas com o trabalho do seu dia-a-dia.
Pretendeu-se estabelecer um nexo causal entre o Desempenho e a Motivação, enquanto fatores de alavancagem na performance organizacional e na realização pessoal e profissional do indivíduo e encontrar estratégias que de alguma forma mitigassem o desânimo vivido por grande parte dos nossos profissionais.
Para o alcance do objetivo enunciado foi efetuada uma abordagem teórica das correntes de pensamento e teorias que consagraram importância e dignidade às pessoas, enquanto principal ativo das organizações.
Foi feito igualmente, um levantamento de frases que se foram ouvindo, um pouco por todo o lado e que denunciaram a falta de motivação vivenciada pelos nossos elementos e serviram para estabelecer o paralelismo com conceitos científicos, para melhor compreensão do problema, numa tentativa de harmonizar objetivos organizacionais e individuais, minimizando os efeitos supervenientes.
This final individual work had as its fundamental objective the reflection on the concern of some elements of the Public Security Police, with questions related to the work of their day to day life. It was intended to establish a causal nexus between Performance and Motivation, as leverage factors in the organizational performance and personal and professional fulfillment of the individual and to find strategies that would somehow mitigate the discouragement experienced by most of our professionals. In order to reach the stated objective, a theoretical approach was taken to the currents of thought and theories that consecrated importance and dignity to the people, as the main active of the organizations. It was also done, a survey of sentences that were heard, a little everywhere and denounced the lack of motivation experienced by our elements and served to establish the parallelism with scientific concepts, to better understand the problem, in an attempt to harmonize organizational objectives and individual, minimizing the supervening effects.
