Abstract(s)
O Business Intelligence (BI) constitui-se por meios que através de diversas ferramentas nos permite analisar e organizar dados alocados em uma ou em diversas bases de dados, obtendo assim a informação e o conhecimento adequados, facilitando a análise e perceção do negócio para as tomadas de decisão.
O presente relatório de estágio surge na sequência dos conhecimentos de Business Intelligence que foram aplicados na área das admissões da Universidade Europeia, sendo que a finalidade deste relatório é a prova para obtenção do grau de Mestre em Gestão e Estratégia Empresarial. O relatório representa as diversas análises realizadas e os diversos relatórios realizados com as diversas ferramentas de self-service de Business Intelligence e do CRM Talisma. A importância de realizar o estágio nesta área era a de aprofundar os meus conhecimentos de informática aplicando-os à área da Gestão, e além disso, tendo um interesse relevante em saber mais como se processam os dados em informação para ter mais conhecimento nas tomadas de decisão e aplicações da empresa, potenciar assim os fatores motivadores da minha decisão para escolher o estágio.
No estágio tive a possibilidade de aplicar e conhecer os softwares que aportam ao controlo da empresa como relatórios de dados realizados através do Power BI e Talisma, aplicando a linguagem Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) que é equivalente à fórmula do Excel, mas que também é aplicado no Power BI, onde apliquei novas medidas calculadas para cada coluna da matriz ou tabela do dashboard. Neste relatório serão explicados todos os procedimentos realizados e analisados para a obtenção de dados e dos seus respetivos reportes e a formação que tive para a utilização do Talisma.
Business Intelligence (BI) is a means that through various tools allows us to analyze and organize data allocated in one or several databases, thus obtaining the information and adequate knowledge, facilitating the analysis and perception of the business for decision making. The present internship report comes within the scope of the Business Intelligence Course where they were applied in the admissions area of the European University, whose purpose is to obtain the Master's degree in Management and Business Strategy. The report represents the various analysis performed and reports made with the various tools of Self-service Business Intelligence and Talisma CRM. The importance of carrying out the internship in this area was to deepen my knowledge of IT by applying to the area of Management and having a relevant interest in knowing more how to process the data in information, to have more knowledge in the decision making and applications of the company, these were the factors motivating my decision to choose the stage, where I had the possibility to apply and know the software that provides the control of the company as data reports through Power BI and Talisma, applying the Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) language that is equivalent to the excel formula but it is also applied in Power BI, where I applied new measures calculated for each column of the array or dashboard table. Being that in this report will be explained all the procedures done and analyzed for obtaining data and their respective reports and the training that I had for the use of Talisma.
