Abstract(s)
guiem a prática clínica.

This study is part of a research project entitled Design of a program of Clinical Supervision in Nursing in the context of primary health care, aiming to provide an input to the construction of a program of Clinical Supervision in Nursing, through the identification of quality indicators of professional practice in the ambit of the caregiver in the primary health care area. The research involves two phases: in the first phase interviews with participants took place addressing essentially the Clinical Supervision in Nursing and the quality indicators of professional practice in the ambit of the caregiver, and in turn, the second phase involves a study of consensus on indicators requiring priority action. Several indicators were obtained in the first phase of the study, which may bring significant contributions to the clarification of the role of nurses to the health of its customers and to implement programs of Clinical Supervision in Nursing.
