Este estudo tem como objetivo perceber o que é que a liderança de coros pode ensinar àqueles que lideram trabalhadores em empresas. A temática deste trabalho centra-se na procura de respostas à questão O que é que os Gestores de empresas podem aprender com a liderança de Coros, através dos seus Maestros.
O objeto de estudo desta dissertação apresenta um relatório sobre toda a atividade constante dos Maestros entrevistados, frente aos seus grupos corais, que servirá de base para a liderança a ser aplicada pelos Gestores de empresas
A técnica de pesquisa utilizada foi a entrevista, semi-estruturada, e delineou-se o Estudo Qualitativo, através do Método Grounded Theory. Os participantes são Maestros Corais e foram escolhidos aleatoriamente, no mundo da Regência Coral, grande parte já conhecidos da autora deste Relatório. A pesquisa efetuada é interpretativa ao mostrar as diversas estratégias utilizadas por cada um dos Regentes Corais e é também explicativa, por ser o espelho dos sentimentos e das perceções dos entrevistados.

The theme of this work focuses on finding answers to the question What is the Company Managers can learn from the leadership of Choirs, through its Conductors. The object of study of this dissertation presents a report on all the constant activity of the Conductors interviewed, front of his choral groups, as a basis for leadership to be applied by the Company Managers. The technique used was the interview, semi-structured, and outlined a qualitative study using Grounded Theory Method. Participants are Choirs Conducters and were randomized in the world of choral conducting, largely known to the author of this report. The research is performed to show the different interpretive strategies used by each of Choral and is also explanatory, being the mirror of feelings and perceptions of the respondents.
