O presente relatório procura descrever os seis meses do
estágio que a aluna executou na DuallStudio.
O estágio teve início no dia 2 de novembro de 2022 e
terminou a 28 de abril de 2023.
Neste relatório, está exposto desde as funções que a aluna
desempenhou, à sua adaptação na equipa e até ao seu
envolvimento nos projetos em que participou.
No que diz respeito à investigação, houve a intenção de
perceber como é que as técnicas da Inteligência Artificial
podiam melhorar as consultas de telemedicina entre um
médico e um paciente cujo tenha surdez/dificuldades
auditivas. Nesse sentido e para melhor resposta a estas
questões de investigação foram analisadas algumas
entrevistas/casos de estudos, nos quais a aluna participou,
que lhe permitiram responder às questões de investigação
levantadas e, simultaneamente, demonstrar a sua evolução,
em diferentes dimensões, tais como, apresentação do
protótipo.
Por fim, são apresentados e confrontados os resultados
obtidos e retiradas as principais conclusões. São também
expostas as perspetivas de futuras linhas de exploração
assim como os dados relativos ao estágio da aluna,
sublinhando a posição do tutor na empresa.
The purpose of this report is to describe the 6-month internship conducted by the student at company DuallStudio. The internship began on November 2, 2022, and was successfully completed on April 28, 2023. This report envisages to outline the tasks performed and the responsibilities assumed by the student as well as the adaptation to the various projects that the student was involved in during the internship at DuallStudio. Additionally, this report alludes to the integration process of the student within the existing team at DuallStudio. As far as the research is concerned, the intention and purpose was to understand how Artificial Intelligence techniques could improve telemedicine consultations between the doctors and patients with hearing disabilities. Thus, a prototype was designed by the student with the aim to improve the aforementioned experience between doctors and patients with hearing disabilities. The student conducted extensive and detailed interviews as part of this process. Lastly, this report outlines the conclusions, results and recommendations of the student.
