La historiografĆa de la arquitectura ha discurrido en paralelo a la del cine, pero personajes de uno y otro mundo se movieron sin la linealidad y encorsetamiento de cada cĆrculo profesional. Estos apuntes sobre los dos primeros congresos cinematogrĆ”ficos espaƱoles celebrados en Madrid, Primer Congreso EspaƱol de CinematografĆa (1928) y Congreso Hispanoamericano de CinematografĆa (1931), sirven de muestra acerca de la permeabilidad entre estos cĆrculos y de contribuciĆ³n a la apertura de los compartimentos estancos con que la historia muestra hoy en dĆa algunos itinerarios vitales y profesionales.
The historiography of architecture has run parallel with that of film, but historical figures from each of these spheres have moved between the two without being restricted by the linearity and straitjacketing of each professional circle. These annotations on the first two Spanish film conferences held in Madrid, First Spanish Film Conference (1928) and Hispanoamerican Film Conference (1931), serve as proof of the permeability between these circles and of the contribution to bridging the gap between architecture and film, as shown in some fundamental professional career paths followed today.
