Abstract(s)
O presente documento apresenta o relatório de estágio desenvolvido no âmbito da frequência do mestrado em enfermagem de saúde mental e psiquiátrica, com a temática principal sobre o utilização do relaxamento na pessoa adulta com alteração de comportamento, e com o objetivo central de descrever as competências comuns e especificas do enfermeiro especialista em enfermagem de saúde mental e psiquiátrica, assim como as competências de mestre. Assim sendo, são apresentadas, analisadas as experiências de estágio que visaram o desenvolvimento dessas competências em diferentes contextos: contexto de comunidade; contexto de internamento de agudos - adultos; contexto de respostas diferenciadas. A metodologia adotada para a realização do trabalho foi a metodologia descritiva e reflexiva, sustentada pela pesquisa bibliográfica e pela mobilização dos conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo da trajetória pessoal, académica e profissional. O estágio configurou uma experiência altamente enriquecedora, permitindo o contacto com diferentes contextos de atuação do enfermeiro especialista em enfermagem de saúde mental e psiquiátrica, o que possibilitou o desenvolvimento de competências para uma futura atuações como enfermeira especialista nesta área.
This document presents the internship report developed as part of the master's degree course at mental health and psychiatric nursing, with the main theme being the use of relaxation in adults with behavioral disorders, and with the central aim of describing the common and specific competences of nurses specializing in mental health and psychiatric nursing, as well as the master's competences. Therefore, the internship experiences that aimed to develop these competences in different contexts are presented and analyzed: community context; acute hospitalization context - adults; context of differentiated responses. The methodology adopted to carry out the work was the descriptive and reflective methodology, supported by bibliographic research and by mobilizing the knowledge acquired throughout my personal, academic and professional career. The internship was a highly enriching experience, allowing contact with different contexts in which nurses specializing in mental health and psychiatric nursing work, which enabled the development of skills for future work as a nurse specializing in this area.
