Abstract(s)
comuns do enfermeiro especialista e competências específicas do enfermeiro especialista
This final report aims to explain the skills developed during the professional internship carried out within the scope of the master’s Course in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing. A bibliographical research was carried out on the benefits of regular physical exercise on the mental health of adults with addictive behaviors and dependencies (CAD), adults with psychiatric pathology and elderly people in a community context, in three contexts: treatment team of a response center integrated care (CRI), acute inpatient and community care unit (CCU). In each of these contexts, a case study and a group intervention (psychoeducation) were carried out, and for both interventions a prior clinical interview was carried out, in order to carry out a careful and extensive data collection. Carrying out these interventions allowed the development of common skills of specialist nurses and specific skills of specialist nurses in mental and psychiatric health. It is considered that the objectives outlined for the internships were achieved through the interventions and learning opportunities provided by each of the services.
