O Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e Psiquiátrica tem a sua intervenção assente
nas necessidades em saúde mental que identifica, auxiliando nos processos de reabilitação, em todos os
contextos. As situações de desastre causam enumeras alterações na pessoa com doença mental havendo
maior risco de manifestações da doença após a vivência de uma situação de stresse, tendo este profissional
um papel preponderante.
O objetivo principal é conceber um Programa de Intervenção em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental em Situação
de Stresse após Desastre na Região do Barlavento Algarvio (Portugal) centrado no papel do Hospital de Dia.
Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura e utilizada a metodologia de projeto para a construção do
programa (Re)Construção.
Foi criado um programa de intervenção em enfermagem de saúde mental e psiquiátrica tendo por base o
diagnóstico de ansiedade, interligados com o humor depressivo, comportamento aditivo, stresse e stresse
pós-traumático.
The nurse specialist in mental and psychiatric health nursing should have the intervention based on the needs in mental health identified, helping in rehabilitation assistance in all contexts. Disaster situations cause a number of changes in the person with mental illness and there is a greater risk of changes after the experience of a stress situation, and this professional has a preponderant role. The main objective is to design an Intervention Program in Mental Health Nursing in Situation of Stress after Disaster in the Region of Barlavento Algarvio (Portugal) centered on the role of the Day Hospital. A systematic review of the literature was done, and the project methodology was used for the construction of the (Re)Construction program. A psychiatric and mental health nursing intervention program was created based on the diagnosis of anxiety, interrelated with depressive mood, addictive behavior, post-traumatic stress and psychological stress.
