Abstract(s)
O objetivo do presente projeto é a criação de um modelo de negócio direcionado às empresas que atuem no ramo dos videojogos.
Foi identificada uma potencial adição aos modelos de negócio em atuação que se revela benéfica às organizações que a integrem, provando o aumento de capital ao longo do tempo.
No decorrer desta investigação, foram realizadas várias análises ao setor e à indústria em estudo, com o intuito de delinear estratégias de implementação do modelo apresentado. Paralelamente, foram conduzidas entrevistas com profissionais de vários setores, presentes e não presentes no Metaverso, área de atuação deste modelo de negócio.
Por fim, é apresentado o modelo de negócio para a valorização de ativos na indústria do gaming seguido do quadro de proposição de valor, por fim são apresentadas as conclusões e recomendações decorrentes desta investigação.
É de destacar a relação entre a recolha de dados primários e secundários, pois permitiu a integração das informações diretamente obtidas pelo investigador com os dados disponíveis sobre o tema, que foram analisados minuciosamente ao longo do projeto.
The objective of this project is to create a business model targeted at companies operating in the video game industry. It was identified a potencital addition to existing business models, which proves beneficts to organizations that could incorporate it, resulting in increased capital over time. Throughtout this investigation, variuos analyses of the sector and the industry under study were realized. Various interviews were conducted with professionals from various sectors, both present and absent in the Metaverse, the area of operation of the business model. Finally, the business model for asset valuation in the gaming industry is presented, followed by the value proposition canvas. Lastly conclusions and recommendations resulting from this project are presented. The relationship between the collection of primary and secundary data is noteworthy, as it allows the integration of information directly obtained by the researcher with the avaiable data on the topic, witch were meticulously analyzed throught the project.
