The European Comission and related projects like capacity building program aim to achieve a homogeneous high level of education among european countries and overboarders partners. The main goal is to create high level of professional fields and offer to allow and stimulate easy mobility. Of special interest are the collaborations among countries with diferent cultural backgrounds and diferent services systems. On the field of health care and rehabilitation are visible the diferences of services and respective education. These diferences are mainly related with maturity and innovation of the services, health care needs of specific populations and hierarquy and models of functioning of the specific societies. Goal – to describe the development of a Master in Rehabilitation for the Jordan University of Science and Technology – JUST in a capacity building Project with Portugal. England, Turkey and Jordan. Besides the regular challenges of setting up a new curricula and related pedagogical model, this projects faced a special cultural challenge by having together partners from very different geographic locations, cultural background and educational models. The combination of the pragmatic and goal oriented posture of the Jordans, the hardworking attitude of the Turkish, the quality organization of the English and the flexible and nurturing attitude of the Portuguese, together with the common posture of intercultural respect and willingness to be successful, was the recipe to evolve from chaos to organisation. The level of expertise in different scientific fields and in education design were also determinat characteristics of the patnernship that conducted to a innovative product designed to respond to the Jordan needs of graduated programs and high leveled professionals in rehabilitation. At the end, we achieved successfully a common understanding of curricular development and design with the product of a curricular structure (to be presented on a table), a blended learning model and an educational team, for a Master in Rehabilitation of 120 ECTS, approved by the Jordan accreditation system, that permits the start of the program in September of 2017.pt_PT
