| dc.description.abstract | O ponto de partida para o presente trabalho foi a leitura de uma reportagem que trazia o anúncio da pretensão de serem construídos/adequados 800 aeroportos no Brasil. O principal objetivo do estudo foi analisar a problemática da Catchment Área dos aeroportos regionais, tendo como caso de estudo os aeroportos brasileiros. A revisão da literatura foi feita por meio de investigação em diversos artigos, publicações e trabalhos académicos que tratam do tema a ser enfrentado, abordando os temas mais relevantes para o estudo em questão, são eles as tipologias, atratividade, aeroportos regionais e catchment area. A catchment area é de vital importância para a área de influência do aeroporto, seja do ponto de vista geográfico ou do mercado, quais vão ser os critérios para avaliar essa área, se existe concorrência com outro aeroporto ou se é único, predominante na região. Foi ainda realizado um caso de estudo sobre o aeroporto de Fortaleza onde foram analisadas as características das instalações físicas, os recursos sócios produtivos, o ambiente político, econômico e geográfico do aeroporto na região de Fortaleza. O presente trabalho de estudo permite identificar algumas recomendações de planeamento e linhas de investigação futura, nomeadamente no que concerne ao escopo do estudo, critérios de investimento e aos índices utilizados em um futuro Programa de Infraestrutura Logística. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The starting point for this paper was the reading of a report that had the announcement of the intention to build / adequate 800 airports in Brazil. The main objective of the study was to analyze the problem of Catchment Area of regional airports, having as case study the Brazilian airports. The literature review was made through research in several articles, publications and academic papers that deal with the theme to be faced, addressing the most relevant themes for the study in question, they are the typologies, attractiveness, regional airports and catchment area. The catchment area is of vital importance to the area of influence of the airport, either geographically or by market, what will be the criteria for assessing this area, whether there is competition with another airport or whether it is unique, predominant in the region. A case study was also carried out about the Fortaleza airport where the characteristics of the physical facilities, the productive partner resources, the political, economic and geographical environment of the airport in the Fortaleza region were analyzed. The present study allows us to identify some planning recommendations and future research lines, namely regarding the scope of the study, investment criteria and the indices used in a future Logistics Infrastructure Program. | pt_PT |
