Abstract(s)
Neste trabalho, cujo tema é “O papel do Brasil no desenvolvimento de um pensamento comum em segurança e defesa na Comunidade dos Países de Língua Portuguesa”, propôs-se analisar a atuação do Brasil em segurança e defesa nesta Comunidade, observando as suas oportunidades de melhoria.
Em um raciocínio dedutivo aplicado num estudo de caso, analisaram-se ideias e valores que melhor representam o pensamento comum em segurança e defesa na Organização; o papel desempenhado pelo Reino Unido na Commonwealth e pela França na Francophonie, nomeadamente Organizações côngeneres à lusófona que poderiam servir de referência para a atuação brasileira; bem como, procurou-se identificar oportunidades de melhoria nesse desempenho brasileiro.
Concluiu-se que o pensamento comum em segurança e defesa não existe concretamente, sendo este traduzido, prioritariamente, pela cooperação multilateral. Foi revelada a importância da contribuição do Brasil, edificando oportunidades de melhoria e propostas a serem implementadas.
This essay addresses “The role of Brazil in the development of a common thinking in security and defense between the Community of Portuguese Language Countries”. The purpose is to analyse the actions of the Brazil in security and safety in this Comunity, identifing how they can be improved. Through a deductive reasoning applied in a case of study, ideas and values of a common thinking in security and defense in this Organization were analyzed; The role of United Kingdom in the Commonwealth and of the France in Francophonie, similar Organizations that it could be references for Brazil; in addition, an attempt was made to identify opportunities for improvement in the brazilian acting. It was concluded that the common thinking in security and defense there isn’t, concretly. It is presented like a multilateral cooperation. In this context, it was showed the importance of the contribution of Brazil, indentifying opportunities for improvement and suggestions to be implemented.
