| dc.description.abstract | A Comissão Europeia emitiu o Regulamento (CE) N.º 2150/2005 de 23 de Dezembro de 2005, e para dar resposta aos requisitos impostos pela comissão e que deverão ser adotados por todos os estados membros, o Eurocontrol, em parceria com a CE, desenvolveu o software “Local and Regional Airspace Management Supporting System (LARA). Assim, este trabalho procurou verificar, o impacto que o sistema LARA poderá vir a ter na gestão e utilização do espaço aéreo nacional, enquanto elemento essencial para o cumprimento das missões de treino da Força Aérea, cruciais para garantir o aprontamento dos seus sistemas de armas. Dos resultados alcançados, concluiu-se que a implementação do sistema LARA irá permitir agilizar as coordenações com os vários atores, garantir a gestão eficiente das áreas FUA e disponibilizando a imagem global das áreas ativas em tempo real. Abstract: The European Commission (EC) issued Regulation No 2150/2005, specifying the requirements to be adopted by all member states for a flexible European air space management, on 23 December 2005. To meet these requirements, Eurocontrol, in partnership with the EC, has developed the software "Local and Regional Airspace Management Supporting System” (LARA). Bearing this in mind, this research looks into the impact that the LARA system may have on the management and use of the national airspace, which is an essential element for the training missions of the Air Force and therefore for the readiness of its weapon systems. The research led us to conclude that the implementation of the LARA system streamlines the coordination among the various players. This streamlining is an added value for the efficient management of the FUA areas. Additionally and in real time, LARA provides an overall image of the active areas to the players. | pt_PT |
