Abstract(s)
O presente projeto visa apresentar o papel fundamental da liderança e da gestão
de equipas na associação cultural e recreativa Núcleo de Taekwondo de Agualva-Cacém.
Existem inúmeras instituições ligadas com a prática de Taekwondo a nível
mundial, sendo que a liderança eficaz, concomitantemente com uma excelente gestão de
equipas e inteligência emocional, são fatores determinantes no sucesso dessas
instituições.
Neste sentido, foram realizadas, entre outras demandas, observações não
participativas e uma análise SWOT de modo a compreender a posição do Núcleo de
Taekwondo de Agualva-Cacém no seio deste desporto na região de Lisboa, o que resultou
na criação de propostas de melhorias para o aumento do potencial da instituição e das
suas práticas de liderança e de gestão de equipas.
Do mesmo modo, foram feitas uma entrevista e observações com os mestres
responsáveis daquela instituição, com a finalidade de recolher dados relevantes para este
projeto.
The present project aims to present the fundamental aspects of leadership and team management of the cultural and recreational association Núcleo de Taekwondo de Agualva-Cacém. There are countless Taekwondo institutions around the world, and effective leadership concomitantly with team management and emotional intelligence, are key determinants of success in these institutions. In this sense, non-participative observations took place in order to understand the position of the NTAC in the environment of the sport in the region of Lisbon, which resulted in the creation of improvements to increase its potential better leadership and team management practices. Thereby, an interview and observations were conducted with the heads masters of the institution in order to collect relevant data to this project.
