O presente relatório pretende descrever, de forma sucinta, os cinco meses de estágio – de Outubro de 2018 a Março de 2019, na empresa TAP Air Portugal, da aluna Catarina Sirgado Santos.
Integrada na equipa de Advertising & Social Media do Departamento de Marketing, desempenhou as seguintes: Produção de conteúdos para os meios online e offline; Gestão de projetos e contactos com entidades externas no âmbito do desenvolvimento dos mesmos.
No documento irão ser descritas algumas das dificuldades encontradas, nomeadamente, a necessidade de rapidez na execução dos briefings e a não compreensão dos diferentes idiomas utilizados nos conteúdos publicitários.
É ainda referido detalhes sobre a adaptação dos materiais produzidos ao Manual de Normas Gráficas da TAP, bem como à utilização de novas ferramentas. Como forma de apresentação dos resultados finais do processo de estágio, alguns trabalhos irão ser detalhados neste documento.
This report intends to briefly describe the five months of the internship - from October 2018 until March 2019, at TAP Air Portugal, by Catarina Sirgado Santos. As part of the Marketing Department's Advertising & Social Media team, she performed the following: Content production for online and offline media; Project management and contacts with external companies regarding projects' development. The document will describe some of the difficulties founded namely, concluding, quickly, the briefings and the lack of understanding the different languages used in the advertising content. Details on adapting the materials produced taking into account TAP Graphic Standards Manual as well as, the use of new tools are also mentioned. As a way of presenting the final results of the internship process, some work will be detailed in this document.
