Abstract(s)
O presente relatório foi desenvolvido no âmbito do estágio curricular na empresa Gigabar que, surge da conclusão do ciclo de estudos do Mestrado em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, da Universidade Europeia. Este, tem como principal objetivo a descrição e análise das práticas de gestão de recursos humanos na empresa, mais especificamente, o Executive Search, o Recrutamento/Seleção e a Formação. Para tal, procedeu-se à elaboração de uma revisão de literatura tendo como base livros técnicos, manuais, revistas académicas, entre outros relevantes para obter um conhecimento geral e específico sobre a temática, tento em conta diversos autores. As tarefas realizadas ao longo deste estágio passaram essencialmente por: recrutamento e seleção de candidatos, uma ação de formação, diversas tarefas administrativas inerentes á função, alguns contactos comerciais e posteriormente, passou por uma pesquisa sobre o trabalho temporário, área onde a empresa está a ingressar. É apresentado um balanço crítico sobre o estágio, onde foram identificados pontos fortes, pontos fracos, ameaças e oportunidades, representados através de uma análise SWOT e posteriormente, é realizada uma proposta de melhoria conforme os pontos fracos que foram identificados. Este relatório é o culminar de um percurso de trabalho e de aprendizagem, onde se tentou realizar uma síntese de forma clara, das tarefas que foram realizadas ao longo destes três meses, e articular as mesmas com os conhecimentos teóricos que foram adquiridos ao longo do mestrado.
This report was developed as part of the curricular internship at the company Gigabar, which results from the completion of the study cycle of the master’s in human resources management, at the European University. Its main objective is the description and analysis of human resources management practices in the company, more specifically, Executive Search, Recruitment / Selection and Training. A literature review was carried out based on technical books, manuals, scientific articles, academic journals, among others relevant to obtaining general and specific knowledge on the subject, considering several authors. The tasks carried out during this internship consisted essentially of recruitment and selection of candidates, a training course, various administrative tasks inherent to the function, some commercial contacts and, later, a study on temporary work, an area where the company is starting its activity. A critical evaluation of the internship is presented, where the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities were identified, represented through a SWOT analysis, and then an improvement proposal is made according to the identified weaknesses. This report is the culmination of a journey of work and learning, where an attempt was made to make a clear synthesis of the tasks that were carried out over these three months and to articulate them with the theoretical knowledge that was acquired during the Master's. .
