Abstract(s)
The rooting was performed simultaneously with the mycorrization of micropropagated plants of strawberrytree with sporal inoculum of Tuber borchii. During the rooting process different types of flavonoids, quercitina and daidzein, were tested at different concentrations in order to understand their influence on mycorrization and which concentrations favor the process best.Rooting took place according to the optimized acclimatization protocol, in which a mixture of peat and perlite was used as substrate.
