| dc.description.abstract | O presente projeto aplica as ferramentas da Gestão Estratégica a uma empresa do setor vitivinícola, de forma a alcançar objetivos que adiante se detalham, num horizonte de 3 anos. O plano apresenta a fundamentação teórica da importância da GE no desenrolar das atividades empresariais, bem como as suas ferramentas e a forma como é possível criar e agregar valor através da formulação de ações estratégicas. A base para o desenvolvimento deste projeto decorreu de entrevistas com o responsável do Clube de Produtores de Monovarietais do Vinho Verde (“Clube”), onde foi possível a obtenção de informações, não só da organização, como também do setor. É, assim, uma situação real (“natural experiment”) tornando-se significativamente representativo nessa mesma região, o que se traduz numa oportunidade de criar uma lógica de parceria em fases iniciais de produção. O projeto inclui, igualmente, ações que promovem o desenvolvimento sustentável, nomeadamente através da economia circular, numa lógica de ESG. O projeto faz a ponte entre os objetivos do Clube e as ações e atividades propostas, de forma a que, no final dos 3 anos propostos, os objetivos tenham sido alcançados, por meio da aplicação das ferramentas da Gestão Estratégica. O presente projeto contribui para a Gestão Estratégica Empresarial, por servir de base ao desenvolvimento de outros planos estratégicos no setor, ou outros setores semelhantes, para uma situação real. | dc.description.abstract | This project applies the tools of Strategic Management to a company in the wine sector, in order to achieve objectives that are detailed below, within a 3-year horizon. The plan presents the theoretical foundation of the importance of GE in the conduct of business activities, as well as its tools and the way in which it is possible to add value through strategic actions. This project was based on interviews with the head of the Clube de Produtores de Monovarietais do Vinho Verde (“Club”), where it was possible to obtain information, not only from the organization, but also from the sector. It is, therefore, a real situation (“natural experiment”) becoming significantly representative in that region, which translates into an opportunity to create a partnerships in the initial stages of production. The project also includes actions that promote sustainable development, namely through the circular economy, in an ESG logic. The project links the gap between the Club's objectives and the proposed actions and activities, so that, at the end of the proposed 3 years, the objectives have been achieved, through the application of Strategic Management tools. This project contributes to Strategic Business Management, as it serves as a basis for the development of other strategic plans in the sector, or other similar sectors, for a real situation.
