Abstract(s)
A problemática da qualidade representa um domínio sensível aos cuidados de enfermagem,
assumindo a Supervisão Clínica em Enfermagem, neste âmbito, um papel preponderante no
sentido de promover as condições essenciais à segurança e qualidade das práticas, através
da implementação de estratégias motivadoras e incrementadoras do processo reflexivo. A
definição de indicadores de qualidade tem-se mostrado uma preocupação dos enfermeiros
pelos ganhos que poderá proporcionar ao nível da avaliação e monitorização em saúde. Neste
sentido, entende-se que também na área da supervisão clínica em Enfermagem é fundamental
a identificação de indicadores que concorram para a avaliação e promoção da qualidade
das práticas supervisivas. Este estudo de cariz quantitativo, teve como objetivo identificar
os indicadores de estratégias de supervisão clínica em enfermagem que os enfermeiros consideram
mais relevantes. A amostra foi não probabilística, constituída por 316 enfermeiros
que exercem funções em contexto hospitalar e em cuidados de saúde primários. A recolha
de dados efetuou-se através de um questionário. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que os
enfermeiros atribuem relevância aos indicadores das estratégias de supervisão clínica em enfermagem.
A utilização dos indicadores de estratégias de supervisão clínica em Enfermagem
que emergiram do estudo poderá constituir-se como um valor acrescido para a estruturação
e avaliação dos processos supervisivos e, assim, concorrer para a melhoria do exercício profissional
dos enfermeiros.
The issue of quality is a sensitive area to nursing care, therefore Clinical Supervision in Nursing is fundamental to ensure the safety and quality of care provided, through the implementation of motivational strategies that promote the development of the reflective process. The definition of quality indicators has become a concern for nurses as it brings potential benefits for monitoring and evaluation in health. In the area of Clinical Supervision in Nursing it is essential to identify indicators that contribute to evaluating and improve the supervisory processes. This quantitative research aimed to identify the strategies indicators of clinical supervision in nursing that nurses consider the most relevant. Data were collected from a non-probabilistic sample of 316 nurses that worked in the hospital and primary health care institutions. A questionnaire was created in order to collect the data. The results show that nurses consider important the strategies indicators of clinical supervision in nursing. The use of strategies indicators of clinical supervision in nursing that emerged from the study have an important value, considering the advantages for the organization and monitoring of supervision processes, as it can contribute to the improvement of nurses professional practice.
