Abstract(s)
O presente relatório serve para descrever o percurso de um estágio curricular em gestão
de projetos, consultoria e apoio à gestão na Empresa Territórios Criativos. Neste documento, é
feita uma análise e explicação das tarefas realizadas no decorrer deste estágio, bem como uma
descrição da gestão de projetos, das suas teorias, metodologias e modelos. São também
analisados os conceitos de empreendedorismo, gestão, projetos, gestão de projetos, estratégia,
gestão estratégica, consultoria de gestão, empresa, startup e networking. Numa primeira fase, é
feita uma análise das teorias da gestão de projetos, onde são referidos os seguintes modelos:
Diagrama de Gantt, Método do Caminho Crítico, PERT CHART, WBS, PBS, OBS e o
Triângulo de Restrições de um projeto. Numa segunda fase, é feita a análise das atividades
relacionadas com o estágio, bem como uma apresentação dos projetos desenvolvidos e das
funções desempenhadas. Através da leitura deste relatório é possível ficar a conhecer mais
acerca da história da gestão de projetos, quais os seus principais objetivos ou quais os modelos
mais utilizados. Tornam-se, também, percetíveis quais os projetos onde estive inserido no
decorrer deste estágio, bem como, um breve resumo dos objetivos de cada projeto e das
aprendizagens que retirei que cada um. Por fim, apresento os conhecimentos mobilizados e os
elementos geradores de valor para o estagiário, ou seja, conhecimentos e aptidões que obtive e,
que me permitiram tirar o melhor partido do estágio, combinando-o com a aquisição de
experiência profissional nas áreas de estágio acima referidas.
This report describes the course of a curricular internship in project management, consultancy and management support at Territórios Criativos. In this document, an analysis and an explanation of the tasks performed during this stage is made, as well as a description of the project management, its theories, methodologies and models. The concepts of entrepreneurship, management, project, project management, Strategy, strategic management, management Consulting, Company, startup and networking are also analyzed. In a first phase, an analysis of the theories of project management is made, where the following models are referred: Gantt Diagram, Critical Path Method, PERT CHART, WBS, PBS, OBS and the Project Restrictions Triangle. In a second phase, the activities related to the internship program are analyzed, as well as a presentation of the project developed and the functions performed. By reading this report, it is possible to learn more about the history of project management, what are its main objetives or which models are most used. It also becomes noticeable which projects I was involved in during this internship, as well as a brief summary of the objetives of each project and the lessons Learned from each one. Finally, I presente the knowledge mobilized and the elements that generate value for the intern, that is, the knowledge and skills I obtained and that allowed me to make the best of the internship, combining it with the acquisition of professional experience in the internship áreas mentioned above.
