Abstract(s)
O tema ‘Resolução de Conflitos. Promoção de Competências de Interação Social entre Crianças em Idade Pré-Escolar’ surgiu após observação em estágio de vários conflitos entre as crianças. Por ser uma problemática comum às crianças da faixa etária dos 2/3 anos e por sabermos que as crianças até aos três anos de idade adquirem uma série de competências de grande impacto para o desenvolvimento ulterior, resolvemos abordar essa questão. Este estudo teve como principal objetivo investigar o conflito, as estratégias para lidar com ele e entender como os profissionais da área resolvem os conflitos com o seu grupo de crianças, se utilizam ou não métodos para minimizar o problema, se sim quais os métodos. Procuramos, também, na prática realizada, contribuir para a promoção das competências sociais do grupo das crianças dos dois anos, utilizando como estratégias as brincadeiras de preferência do grupo: as histórias e as canções. Pensamos que este estudo pode constituir uma contribuição válida para as educadoras gerirem os conflitos entre as crianças
The theme 'Conflict Resolution: Promotion of Social Interaction Skills among Preschool Children' emerged after an in-depth observation of various conflicts among children. Because it is a problem common to children in the age group of 2/3 years and because we know that children up to the age of three acquire a series of skills of great impact for the further development, we decided to address this question. The main objective of this study was to investigate the conflict, the strategies to deal with it and to understand how professionals in the area resolve conflicts with their group of children, whether or not they use methods to minimize the problem, if so what methods. We also try to contribute to the promotion of the social skills of the two-year-old children group, using strategies such as the group's favorite games: stories and song. We believe that this study can be a valuable contribution for educators to manage children’s conflicts.
