Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação aborda o enquadramento das casas e do quartel florestal (acessos, enquadramento, estado de conservação, análise tipológica e sistema construtivo) como património do Estado Novo no concelho de Paredes de Coura. A pesquisa estabeleceu a componente histórica e cultural destes edifícios, a sua caraterização construtiva assim como a análise do estado atual dos edifícios do Estado Novo localizados no concelho de Paredes de Coura.
Abordou-se o seu valor patrimonial, com recurso a uma reflexão acerca dos seus conceitos fundamentais, com base
nos autores de referência, evolução fenomenológica e técnica, analisando as metodologias e os critérios de
intervenção essenciais.
A partir dos casos de referência, identificam-se os procedimentos de atuação e estratégias de reabilitação de edifícios
do Estado Novo em Viana do Castelo, de forma a estabelecer uma estratégia de reabilitação para a casa florestal de
Cerdeira, na freguesia de Cunha, concelho de Paredes de Coura.
A metodologia do trabalho desenvolvido, é o estudo multicasos. É composto no total por três casos de estudo,
que correspondem a intervenções em património do Estado Novo, analisados através de documentos quer sejam
eles escritos ou fotográficos. Os três casos de estudo tratam da reabilitação de casas florestais e de uma escola
primária com casa do professor, analisados através de fichas d o estado anterior e d o atual. No tratamento da
informação realizar-se-á uma análise de dados qualitativa, da qual se obterão os princípios e critérios de intervenção
para a elaboração da parte de projeto a realizar.
Por último e considerando os objetivos programados e a metodologia utilizada, desenvolveu-se uma estratégia com a
finalidade de reabilitar a Casa Florestal de Cunha, para Centro de Interpretação e Monitorização Ambiental uma vez
que se constata que esse edifício constitui uma inegável mais valia histórica, cultural, arquitetónica, paisagística e
social que importa preservar e valorizar.
ABSTRACT The present dissertation deals with the context of the houses and forest headquarters (accesses, environment, conservation state, typological analysis and constructive system) as patrimony of the Estado Novo in the municipality of Paredes de Coura. The research established the historical and cultural component of these buildings, their constructive characterization as well as am analysis of the current condition of the Estado Novo buildings located in the municipality of Paredes de Coura. Its heritage value was approached using a reflection on its fundamental concepts, based on the authors of reference, phenomenological and technical evolution, analyzing the methodologies and the essential intervention criteria. From the reference cases, the procedures and rehabilitation strategies of the Estado Novo buildings in Viana do Castelo are identified, in order to establish a rehabilitation strategy for the forest house of Cerdeira in the parish of Cunha, in the municipality of Paredes de Coura. The working methodology developed is the multiple case study. It is composed in total of three case studies, which correspond to interventions in the heritage of the Estado Novo in general, analyzing with written or photographic documents. The three case studies deal with the rehabilitation of forest houses and a elementary school with a teacher's home, analyzing the previous and the current condition. In the treatment of information, a qualitative data analysis will be carried out, from which the principles and intervention criteria will be obtained for the preparation of the rehabilitation project to be carried out. Finally, considering the established goals and the methodology used, a strategy was developed with the purpose of rehabilitating the Forest House of Cunha, into an Environmental Interpretation and Monitoring Center since it is known that this building constitutes an undeniable historical, cultural, architectural, landscape and social value that must be preserved and valued.
