Fazer para crescer é um estabelecimento comercial de crepes, café e pastelaria, de produção de
diversos produtos, como crepes e pastelaria de forma a oferecer serviços de qualidade para
satisfazer as necessidades dos clientes e aumentar o mercado empreendedor na cidade de
Portalegre.
O trabalho pretende analisar a viabilidade económico-financeira, cumprindo os seguintes objetivos
específicos: o interesse e a procura do público-alvo, desenvolver o plano de negócios e criar
estratégias de implementação do comércio local. Para o desenvolvimento do mesmo, foi
selecionado o modelo do Instituto de Apoio às Pequenas e Médias Empresas (IAPMEI).
Para a implementação do projeto, foi feita uma análise de pequenas e médias empresas existentes
na cidade, do mesmo setor empresarial, e por fim, observar a procura e a oferta das mesmas, de
acordo com as necessidades dos consumidores e o desejo do empreendedor. Este estudo faz
compreender se a implementação do negócio local com as estratégias definidas, será fruto de
sucesso, ou se existirem dificuldades, ajustar e apresentar novas propostas.
Pode-se concluir que existe interesse por parte dos consumidores não só na abertura de um novo
setor de mercado, como também em haver um estabelecimento fixo de lazer com atendimento
personalizado.
Após essa análise, fazendo um estudo de boca em boca, explicando o conceito, a dinâmica do
projeto e os objetivos delineados com diversas pessoas, foi de notar que o negócio seria de interesse
para muitos, não só para cumprir desejos espontâneos, como haver um local em que se possa estar
em lazer com família e amigos.
Fazer para crescer is a commercial establishment selling crepes, coffee and pastries, producing various products, sush as crepes and pastries, in order to offer quality services to satisfy the needs of customers and increase the entrepreneurial market in the city of Portalegre. The work aims to analyse the economic and financial viability, fulfilling the following specific objectives: the interest and demand of the target audience, developing the local business plan and creating business implementations strategies. For its development, the model os Institute for Support do Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (IPAMEI) was selected. To implement the project, an analysis was made of small and medium-sized companies existing in the city, and finally, the demand and supply existing in them, within the same business sector, according to the needs of consumers and the desire of the entrepreneur. This study made it possible to understand whether the implementation of the local business with the defined strategies will be successful, or if there are difficulties, adjustments will be needed and new proposals will be presented. It can be concluded that there is interest in the part of consumers not only in opening a new market sector, but also in having a permanent leisure establishment with personalized service. After this analysis, doing a word-of-mouth study, explaining the concept, the dynamics of the project and the objectives outlined with several people, it was noted the business would be of interest to many, not only to fulfill spontaneous desires, but also to have a place where one could spend leisure time with family and friends
