Abstract(s)
Dessa forma, serão apresentadas as causas e a motivação desse trabalho, mostrando o atual
With the climate crisis and the debates among world powers about the impact of humankind on the environment, this work aims to present how it has been possible to develop practices with less of an impact on the environment and a greater balance between environmental, social and economic issues in the Music Festival market. Based on a case study of the Rock in Rio Music Festival, it is possible to assess the results of implementing good sustainability practices and the positive impact caused of the festival. Against the backdrop of an entertainment-oriented event, it is also possible to see how the Rock in Rio festival can become a communication tool that incentivises more sustainable productions. In this way the causes and motivation of this work will be presented, showing the current global situation vis-à-vis the climate crisis and its relationship with the events market by identifying good practices and how they are applied, the difficulties encountered, and how these practices positively impact their stakeholders. This work will allow one to understand how Rock in Rio, a music festival committed to sustainability, can promote mass awareness through the different positive experiences provided to its stakeholders.
