Abstract(s)
O presente relatório enquadra-se no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em
Enfermagem na área de Especialização em Enfermagem de Saúde Mental e
Psiquiatria, em contexto do estágio num serviço de internamento de
pedopsiquiatria e posteriormente em contexto de hospital de dia de
pedopsiquiatria. A temática do relatório incidiu sobre a música como mediador
expressivo das emoções e sentimentos em adolescentes em que tivemos como
objetivos compreender a importância da música como mediador expressivo na
gestão das emoções e sentimentos. A música é uma constante na vida dos
adolescentes quer para estudar, quer para ouvir juntamente com um grupo de
amigos, ou até mesmo no caminho para a escola. Mas qual a importância que
lhe dão? E de que forma pode ajudar na expressão de sentimentos e emoções,
muitas vezes condicionada nesta fase do desenvolvimento? Foram
desenvolvidas intervenções de enfermagem no âmbito psicoterapêutico em
grupo utilizando como mediador expressivo o movimento, a música e o
desenho. Com este trabalho é possível a compreensão da utilização do
mediador a música na relação terapêutica em enfermagem de forma a
trabalhar de forma clara sentimentos e emoções.
Assim, conseguimos através das atividades desenvolvidas que os
adolescentes acedessem, tomassem consciência e verbalizassem alguns
sentimentos e emoções como a felicidade, a tranquilidade, a surpresa,
conforto, o amor, bem como algumas emoções difíceis como a zanga, a
tristeza e a raiva.
Podemos concluir que a música é um mediador de privilegiado acesso
aos sentimentos e emoções, e que os adolescentes conseguem através da
vivência da música identificar, nomear os sentimentos associados, e ainda
expressá-los de forma adequada, beneficiando assim da sua utilização como
recurso para melhorar a saúde mental.
This report is driven by the field work performed in the context of the Nursing Master's Degree in the area of specialization in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatry, while attending a psychiatric internship in pediatric patient service and later on in specialized treatment team in community The theme of the report is about music as an expressive mediator of emotions and feelings in adolescents ,in which we aimed to understand the importance of music as an expressive mediator in the management of emotions and feelings. Music is a constant in the lives of teenagers either to study, to listen together with a group of friends, or even on the way to school. But what importance do they give to the music? And how can it help in the expression of feelings and emotions, in this particular stage of development? Nursing interventions were developed in the psychotherapeutic group using movement, music and drawing as an expressive mediator. With this work it is possible to understand how this mediator is important and helpful to work clearly on feelings and emotions. Through the activities developed, adolescents were able to access, become aware and verbalize some feelings and emotions such as happiness, tranquility, surprise, comfort, and love, as well as some difficult emotions such as anger, sadness and anger. We can conclude that music is a privileged mediator to accessed feelings and emotions on adolescents , and then they can named and associated feelings, and still express the appropriate form, thus benefiting from its use as a resource to improve health mental.
