Abstract(s)
En el planteamiento de la presente disertaciĆ³n, se tienen en consideraciĆ³n las premisas sobre los
orĆgenes de la ciudad, su influencia industrial y su resoluciĆ³n a travĆ©s de la TeorĆa de la LĆ³gica Social
del Espacio como herramienta de trabajo para los anƔlisis sobre los planes urbanos propuestos para el
municipio a estudio, su historia y para la elaboraciĆ³n de propuestas de interacciĆ³n futuras. Inicialmente,
la propuesta surge de la importancia de las vĆas de comunicaciĆ³n, como elemento creador urbano, es
decir, de una determinada infraestructura, la calle-carretera como el āejeā de consolidaciĆ³n de la ciudad,
donde se realizan la mayorĆa de recorridos o flujos en este caso, ejemplificado en la villa de PorriƱo.
El urbanismo pos-moderno, hasta finales de 1970 e inicios de 1980, no abordaba una articulaciĆ³n entre
social y tƩcnica, una ciencia de lucha de clases. En este contexto, en 1984, Bill Hillier y Julienne Hanson
escriben āLa LĆ³gica Social del Espacioā donde argumentan que los movimientos o flujos obedecen a
una lĆ³gica racional, segĆŗn la cual, cualquier desplazamiento es llevado a cabo por el menor recorrido
y, por tanto, el urbanismo influye en esos flujos.
La configuraciĆ³n urbana genera condiciones de accesibilidad y da origen a una diferenciaciĆ³n espacial
jerarquizada con conceptos como la conectividad, integraciĆ³n y segregaciĆ³n en un espacio influenciado
y construido por la dinĆ”mica social. De este modo, la TeorĆa de la Sintaxis Espacial describe la
configuraciĆ³n del trazado urbano y las relaciones entre el espacio pĆŗblico y privado a travĆ©s de medidas
cuantitativas, las cuales permiten entender aspectos importantes del sistema urbano como la
accesibilidad y la distribuciĆ³n y usos del suelo consolidado. Por tanto, en la teorĆa existe una correlaciĆ³n
establecida entre las propiedades de los elementos presentados, espacio y sociedad, de modo que
cada elemento incumbe al otro y no existirĆa sin su presencia, siendo fundamental para la definiciĆ³n de
la forma. Esta herramienta, Space Syntax, busca la integraciĆ³n del espacio en la ciudad, mediante un
anĆ”lisis y una evaluaciĆ³n a diversas escalas en la red urbana, con una correcta distribuciĆ³n de los
espacios, sus usos y las vĆas de transporte o comunicaciĆ³n necesarios para llegar a los diferentes
lugares de la ciudad.
La realizaciĆ³n de la investigaciĆ³n se centrarĆ” en el anĆ”lisis de la infraestructura viaria en el municipio
de PorriƱo y sus regiones colindantes a lo largo del perĆodo histĆ³rico analizado, centrĆ”ndose en tres
momentos histĆ³ricos, 1956, 1986 y la actualidad 2015, debido a los vuelos fotogramĆ©tricos de dichas
etapas. AsĆ, se obtendrĆ”n las respectivas mediciones correspondientes a travĆ©s del programa
informĆ”tico Depthmap, las cuales se contrarrestarĆ”n y compararĆ”n entre sĆ en cada etapa analizada y
entre los propios aƱos examinados, para lograr obtener las consideraciones establecidas a lo largo del
estudio en cuanto a la influencia comunicativa de los flujos de interacciĆ³n social en el entorno urbano
definido y la respectiva lucha de los sectores industriales y residenciales.
En conclusiĆ³n, se pretende la justificaciĆ³n del origen de la ciudad a travĆ©s de la comparaciĆ³n sus vĆas,
las cuales fueron fomentadas por el comercio e industria para su creaciĆ³n, dotando asĆ a la industria
del dominio del espacio para satisfacer sus necesidades, creando y ampliando su Ć”rea de intervenciĆ³n,
la cual puede ser analizada y tratada no sĆ³lo independientemente, sino en el conjunto urbano en el que
se sitĆŗa, PorriƱo.
Abstract: On the current work, its considered premises related to the roots of the city, the industrial influence and its resolution through the Social Logic Theory of Space as a tool for analysis of several urban plans applied by the council; as if future proposals related with interaction. Initially, the proposal came up because of the importance of the roads, as channels of communication creator or urbanity, in other words, a specific infrastructure, a road define an edge of consolidation of the city, where happens the majority fluxes in the town of O PorriƱo. The post-modern urbanism, till the end of 70's and beginnings of 80's, was not addressing an articulation between social and technique. Is in this context that in 1984, Bill Hiller and Julienn Hanson elaborate "The social logic of space" where they argue that fluxes obey to rational logics, from which every shift is made following the shortest move, so the urbanism is got key importance on this fluxes. The urban configuration generate conditions of accessibility, creating a spatial differentiation hierarchy with concepts such connectivity, integration, segregation on spaces influenced and built by the social dynamics. In this way, the Spatial Syntaxes Theory describes the configuration of urban plan and the relations between public and private space through quantitative actions, that allow to understand important aspects of the urban system such accessibility, distribution, or uses of the land. It means, that inside this theory exist a established correlation between properties of mentioned elements, space and society, in manner that each one involve the other and wouldn't exist without its existence, being fundamental for define the form. This tool, Space Syntax, seek the spatial integration on the city, through an analysis and evaluation in multiple scales of the urban network, with a correct distribution of the space, its uses and transport/communication channels required to arrive to different spaces of the city. The development of this investigation will be based on study the road infraestructure in the council of PorriƱo and his adjoining regions along the analyzed historical period, focusing in three historical moments, 1965, 1986 and the present 2015, due to the fotometric flights of each epoch. In this manner, the study will get each measurements through the informatic program called: Dephtmap, which will work comparing beetwen them on every historical moment anlyzed and between each examined years, in order to reach stablished considerations along the study regarding the comunicative influence of social interaction fluxes in the defined urban surroundings and the corresponded fight between industrial sectors and residential areas. In short, this paper expects to justify the origin of the city through its different routes compare, that have being promoted by commerce and industry, giving to this areas the governance of the space. This fact its translated on the expansion of them location areas. Reason why the research its focused on the whole urban ensemble where is located O PorriƱo.
