| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório descreve o período de estágio, realizado num Hospital da Zona Sul do País, no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Perioperatória, da Escola Superior de Saúde do Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, assim como o Projeto desenvolvido durante a realização do Estágio. O Projeto desenvolvido situa-se na temática da Visita Pré-operatória e no presente Relatório objetivamos dar a conhecer todo o percurso que percorremos, para a implementação da Visita Pré Operatória de Enfermagem e descrever de que forma desenvolvemos, as competências de Enfermeiro Mestre na área do Perioperatório. A Visita Pré Operatória de Enfermagem é única e exclusivamente da responsabilidade dos enfermeiros dos Blocos Operatórios uma vez que é uma área fundamental e de grande importância para a melhoria na prestação de cuidados individualizados de enfermagem ao cliente cirúrgico / família / pessoa significativa, e, que pelo facto de ainda não existir em todas as instituições, torna-se fundamental que os enfermeiros demonstrem a sua importância e intervenham no sentido de conseguir toná-la uma realidade em todos os Blocos Operatórios. Deste modo o Projeto desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado teve por objetivo geral: Implementar a Visita Pré-operatória de Enfermagem (VPOE), a adultos submetidos a cirurgia programada, no Bloco Operatório do Hospital em que realizámos o estágio. A caracterização do local de estágio bem como da equipa de enfermagem, as atividades desenvolvidas e as competências adquiridas para a sua concretização, foram algumas das ferramentas que utilizámos. Realizámos uma revisão sistemática da literatura para fundamentar com dados baseados em evidência os benefícios da Visita Pré Operatória de Enfermagem, para o cliente, para os enfermeiros perioperatórios, e para a instituição Por fim, uma reflexão sobre a análise estatística das visitas realizadas e da satisfação dos clientes com a existência da mesma através, do inquérito de satisfação. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This report describes the probationary period, performed in a hospital in South Zone of the country, under the Master's degree in Perioperative Nursing, School of Health, Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal. This document aims to inform all the way we had to go through during the implementation Visit Pre Surgical Nursing, which enabled the acquisition of skills in the area of the Master Nurse Perioperative. Preoperative Visit is exclusively from the responsibility of the O.R. nurses since it is a key area to the improvement in the provision of individualized nursing care to surgical client / family / significant other. Because it does not exist in all institutions, it is essential that nurses demonstrate their importance and intervene in order to get it to the reality for all Thus the overall objective outlined is the Implementation of the of the perioperative nursing visit in our local stage. The site characterization stage as well as the nursing staff, the activities and skills acquired to their achievement, were some of the tools we used. A systematic literature review to substantiate the benefits of Visit PreOperative Nursing at getting through studies in other blocks, show the benefits to the customer, for perioperative nurses, and the institution where it exists.
