| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho tem como tema central a securitização da imigração na Europa e no Brasil, comparando suas semelhanças e diferenças. A proposta foi analisar, dentro das dimensões estabelecidos por Silva e Pereira (2019), o movimento securitário sucedido nos processos migratórios brasileiro e italiano. Para tanto, aborda-se, num primeiro momento, a conceção teórico-metodológica, na sequência são analisados os processos migratórios brasileiro e italiano à luz dos processos se securitização, considerando o agente securitizador, o discurso securitizador e as medidas emergenciais. O procedimento metodológico adotado nesse trabalho foi do tipo dedutivo, assentado numa estratégia de investigação qualitativa e desenvolveu a metodologia do estudo comparativo. A temática em análise insere-se no domínio de investigação das Ciências Militares, mais especificamente na área de investigação dos Estudos de Segurança Interna e dos fenômenos criminais. Na análise e comparação do processo migratório, verificou-se que a migração foi securitizada, em termos gerais, em ambos os países, existindo algumas diferenças fundamentais, sobretudo quanto ao papel dos atores, do público alvo do discurso e da amplitude das medidas adotadas | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This work has as its central theme the securitization of immigration in Europe and Brazil, similarities and differences. The proposal was to analyze, within the dimensions established by Silva e Pereira (2019), the security movement that succeeded in the Brazilian and Italian migration process. To this end, the theoretical-methodological conception is approached in the first place, then the Brazilian and Italian migratory processes are analyzed in the light of the securitization process, considering the securitizing agent, the securitizing discourse and the emergency measures. The methodological procedure adopted in this work was deductive, based on a qualitative research strategy and developed the methodology of the comparative study. The subject under analysis falls within the field of research in the Military Sciences, more specifically in the area of investigation of Internal Security Studies and criminal phenomena. In the analysis and comparison of the migration process, it was found that migration was securitized in both countries, although both countries have securitized the migratory process, some fundamental differences were observed above all regarding the role of the actors, the target audience for the discourse and the breadth of the measures adopted | pt_PT |
