Caracterização agronómica e enológica das principais castas da empresa Enclos des Anges

dc.description.abstractResumo Neste trabalho pretendeu-se analisar o efeito de diferentes terroirs no crescimento vegetativo e na produção das castas Vermentinu, Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Mourvèdre, Syrah e Grenache, bem como as suas repercussões na qualidade da uva e do vinho. Caracterizaram-se alguns parâmetros agronómicos e enológicos, nomeadamente a fenologia, o abrolhamento e a fertilidade, o vingamento, o vigor e a área foliar, a maturação e a produção. As castas Vermentinu, Niellucciu e Sciaccarellu a sul da cave Enclos des Anges foram as mais precoces e a Mourvèdre a mais tardia. A maior percentagem de vingamento (44.40 %) foi observada na casta Vermentinu a sul e a menor na Niellucciu a nordeste (21.75 %) Comparando as castas, a Vermentinu apresentou um valor significativamente superior da fertilidade exibindo, também, à vindima maior número de cachos e, consequentemente, maior produção. A Vermentinu, situada a nordeste da cave, apresentou vigor mais elevado e a Grenache exibiu menor expressão vegetativa. As castas que apresentaram maior potencial produtivo foram a Vermentinu para a elaboração de vinhos brancos e a Syrah para vinhos tintos e rosés. Palavras-chave: videira, castas, terroir, parâmetros agronómicos, parâmetros enológicos Abstract The aim of this work is to analyze the effects of different terroirs in vegetative growth and in the production of Vermentinu, Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Mourvèdre, Syrah e Grenache vine varieties, as well as its repercussions in grape and wine quality. Some agronomic parameters, such as the fenology, the sprouting, the fertility, the growth, the strength and the foliar area were characterized. Moreover, enological parameters were also taken into consideration, such as maturation and vinic production. The Vermentinu, Niellucciu e Sciaccarellu castes located southern of Enclos des Anges cellar were the earliest and the Mourvèdre caste was the latest one. The highest sprouting percentage (44.40 %) was observed in Vermentinu caste located in the south and the lowest percentage was registated in Niellucciu caste, located north-west (21.75 %). Comparing both vine varieties, Vermentinu had a higher fertility value and it also showed more bunches when the harvest occurred. Therefore, this cine varieties showed higher production. The Vermentinu caste, located north-east of Enclos des Anges cellar was the strongest and Grenache caste had the lowest vegetative expression. The highest vegetative potential castes were Vermentinu, for the production of white wine and Syrah for the production of red and rosé wine.
